I had a personalized motherís ring that was purchased from Walmart and one of the stones fell out about four months later. I took it in to Walmart for repair. They said they would call us when the ring was finished. Three months later, I had heard nothing, so I went in to ask about the status of the repair. The people in the jewelry department were not helpful at all, and have no interest, apparently, in even trying to make this right. They are saying there is nothing they can do! They donít want to take the time to check the security videos. Iím not happy that they are screwing me like this!
